Large welded steel structures
Contract manufacturing of demanding welded steel structures and assemblies in EN 1090-2 execution classes EXC1–EXC3 – including stainless and acid-resistant steels.
Large welded steel structures and assemblies are our core expertise. We fabricate equipment support structures, brackets and large structural assemblies as modular blocks at our Parikkala workshop, where three 10-tonne overhead cranes – with 20-tonne lifts on the same crane runway – allow us to handle heavy components. Block division and outfitting are planned for transport and installation already during fabrication.
Load-bearing structures are manufactured to EN 1090-2 in execution classes EXC1–EXC3 and CE-marked. Welding quality management follows ISO 3834-2, and we also weld stainless and acid-resistant steels. Surface treatment is carried out in our own paint shop, and delivery can include special transport to site and installation by our own crew.
